Analyse & Action is an HR group, a leader in individual and collective layoffs. Our goal here was to dust off a complex sector and an aging brand — even, to make it sexy. It took 2 days of immersion at their premises, visits to several agencies and client interviews to define a communication angle and a new visual identity.

The communication revolves around one idea: "what you know how to do, we have the time to do." This way, Analyse & Action is a partner for HR directors — acknowledging their expertise while highlighting their problem: lack of time. As for the visual identity, we went with modern hues and gradients, like the outsiders in traditional sectors such as banks or insurance.
