[Solution]

The entire Big Neurons team traveled to the south of France to meet the client team and visit several stores. The scope of the project required every specialist to fully own the stakes: art director, copywriter, social media manager, digital director, project lead… everyone had to know the brief inside out. We then began the website redesign to evolve it from a simple showcase to an e-commerce platform, and worked on generating traffic through a combined SEO, Ads and social media content strategy.
